In order to provide our services to you, we may request personal information that is necessary to provide you with the service. If you do not provide personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.
We will only collect information that is necessary for specific, clear, and legal purposes, and will not further process relevant information in a manner that is inconsistent with these purposes. We collect the following types of information (whether or not it is personal information):
Information you provide to us or upload (including your contact information): We may collect any or all of the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, ID information, driver's license information, passport information, Sleek account information (such as your security-related information, name, birthday, gender, height, weight), orders, invoice information, data or information you synchronize through cloud services or other applications, contact numbers you add or messages you send, feedback, and any other information you provide to us.
Information related to you that we designate: We may collect and use information related to you, such as your Sleek membership account, etc.
Information related to you that is designated by third-party service providers: We may collect and use information assigned by third-party service providers, such as advertising IDs, etc.
Financial information: Information related to completing purchases, such as bank account, account holder name, credit card number, etc.
Social information: Information related to your social activities, such as current employer, current job title, educational background, professional training background, etc.
Location information (only applicable to specific services/features): Various information related to your location, such as region, country code, city code, mobile network code, mobile country code, cell identification, longitude and latitude information, time zone settings, and language settings.
Login log information: Information related to your use of certain functions, applications, and websites, such as cookie and other anonymous identifier technologies, IP addresses, network request information, temporary message history, standard system logs, error crash information.
We may also collect other types of information that are not directly or indirectly related to individuals, and are clustered, anonymous, or de-identified. For example, when using a specific service, we may collect the device model and system version number of the user's phone. The purpose of collecting such information is to improve the services we provide to you. The types and quantities of collected information depend on how you use, join, or participate in our products and/or services.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.
Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.
Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner.
Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available.
Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owner.
The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Owner at any time.
The Owner may process Personal Data relating to Users if one of the following applies:
In any case, the Owner will gladly help to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.
The Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
Depending on the User's location, data transfers may involve transferring the User's Data to a country other than their own. To find out more about the place of processing of such transferred Data, Users can check the section containing details about the processing of Personal Data.
Users are also entitled to learn about the legal basis of Data transfers to a country outside the European Union or to any international organization governed by public international law or set up by two or more countries, such as the UN, and about the security measures taken by the Owner to safeguard their Data.

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Service, comply with its legal obligations, respond to enforcement requests, protect its rights and interests (or those of its Users or third parties), detect any malicious or fraudulent activity, as well as the following: Handling activity data, Registration and authentication, Platform services and hosting, Device permissions for Personal Data access and Analytics.
For specific information about the Personal Data used for each purpose, the User may refer to the section “Detailed information on the processing of Personal Data”.
What information is collected and how is it used? ThoughtIP and third-party service providers use technologies such as cookies, tags, and scripts to analyze trends, manage the website, track user activity on the website, and collect demographic information about the entire user population. We receive separate and aggregate reports from these companies based on the use of the aforementioned technologies.
Log files: Like most websites, we collect certain information and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We do not link automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.
Advertising: We work with third-party service providers to display ads on our website or manage our ads on other websites. Our third-party service providers may use technologies such as cookies to collect information about your activity on their website or other websites to provide you with ads based on your browsing activity and interests. We obtain your prior explicit consent through clear affirmative action before providing you with ad services.
Mobile Analytics: In certain mobile applications, we use mobile analytics software to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone. This software may record information such as the frequency of your use of the application, events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application crashed. We do not link information stored in the analytics software to any personal information you submit in the mobile application.
Local Storage - HTML5/Flash: We use local storage objects (LSOs), such as HTML5 or Flash, to store content and preferences based on your website browsing behavior. Third parties that work with us to provide certain features or deliver ads on the website may also use HTML5 or Flash cookies to collect and store related information. Auto-Start: When you use the friend notification/notification/push function in the APP, in order to ensure that you can receive friend data update notifications and add friend requests, we need to use auto-start services so that you can receive friend data status. If you want to turn off the auto-start function, it may result in the inability to receive friend invitation and data update notifications. You can turn off the auto-start function in Settings-Apps-Auto-Start Management.

Depending on the User's specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below.
By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document.
The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User's device and software.
Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of this Application.
If User grants any of the permissions listed below, the respective Personal Data may be processed (i.e accessed to, modified or removed) by this Application.
Used for accessing the User's approximate device location. This Application may collect, use, and share User location Data in order to provide location-based services.
The geographic location of the User is determined in a manner that isn't continuous. This means that it is impossible for this Application to derive the approximate position of the User on a continuous basis.
Used for accessing Bluetooth related functions such as scanning for devices, connecting with devices, and allowing data transfer between devices.
Allows the updating of the User’s health Data.
Allows access to the User's Photo Library.
Used for accessing shared external storage, including the reading and adding of any items.
You can cancel your account by clicking on "Me"-"Settings"-"Account Settings"-"Delete Account". If you actively cancel your Forest Sleep account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, device information, and other information before helping you complete the cancellation process. You understand and acknowledge that cancelling your account is an irreversible action. After your account is cancelled, we will delete or anonymize any relevant information about you, except as required by applicable laws and regulations or as otherwise requested by our customers for data they use.

The User declares to be aware that the Owner may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.
In addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information concerning particular Services or the collection and processing of Personal Data upon request.
For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third-party services may collect files that record interaction with this Application (System logs) use other Personal Data (such as the IP Address) for this purpose.

This Application does not support “Do Not Track” requests.

We will not respond to any request if we are unable to verify your identity and therefore confirm the personal information in our possession actually relates to you.
